Your Pasture Perfect Pork, half order is fully customized by your choice of cuts, various package sizes, and the cuts you would like honey cured and smoked, such as bacon and hams. Quarter and eighth shares select from a choice of package options.

The porkers forage for fallen filberts and  acorns. So if the creek don't rise and Mother Nature willing - you will have uh la la gourmet  Acorn Pork!

Price per pound is based on hanging weight, using WSDA custom cut, on-farm slaughter. My animals suffer no stressful transporting nor handling; no foreign locations.

For most USDA small farm pork, prices are $8-$10 or more per pound. Or if comparing to other WSDA on-farm slaughter, custom cut, remember my pricing includes: slaughter and cut and wrap. Nitrate free natural honey cure and smoking is at cost, $1/lb. The typically customer gets about 40#s per half, 20 and 10 pounds for the quarter and eighth respectively. Some people want to do their own curing and pay zero. 


Weights will vary slightly, adjustments to final purchase price will be made after hanging weights are determined. Does not include the price of link sausage or hot dogs.
